The BabySmilesLabels team prints all information (i.e. name on personalized labels) exactly as they appear on your order invoice. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting your order. No exchange or refund will be offered if you have provided an incorrect name (i.e. typing errors), or if you have changed your mind, or for any defects caused by ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use.

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

All gift certificate purchases and their use are subject to BabySmilesLabels Terms and Conditions of Sale. Gift certificates can only be redeemed online through the BabySmilesLabels website, for the purchase of BabySmilesLabels products. They cannot be refunded, resold, and/or redeemed for cash. Discounts or special promotions cannot be applied to gift certificate purchases.

Gift certificates can be purchased for any value from $25 to $200. You can add a personalized message for the gift recipient. Gift certificates are delivered by email to the gift recipient and can be scheduled for future delivery. Please leave a note at checkout and our team will take care the rest for you. BabySmilesLabels gift certificates do not expire and no maintenance fees are applied to outstanding gift certificate balances.

Fundraising Terms & Conditions

BabySmilesLabels will provide each organization with a unique fundraising code to be entered in the shopping cart during the checkout process. Up to 20% fundraising commissions will be provided for qualifying non-discounted purchases at the BabySmilesLabels Website. All non-discounted orders are qualified for a 20% fundraising commission, except for Loot Bag Label Packs (5% commission), Baby Monthly Photo Stickers or Mama-to-be Baby Bump Photo Stickers (5% commission), Personalized Party Favor Stickers (10% commission) and Customized Closet Dividers (10% commission).

It is the responsibility of the fundraising organization or school to ensure their code is being used at checkout and in accordance with BabySmilesLabels fundraising rules. If violations occur, BabySmilesLabels reserves the right to discontinue the organization or school’s fundraising code. Fundraising codes cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes. False purchases will not be honored.

Customer of the Month Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

We would love to see how you have used our products! You may submit a photo by posting on our Facebook page or email to [email protected]

All photos submitted for the photo contest must be original work. If you are planning to submit a photo taken by another person, you must have their consent before submitting the photo. You are required to comply with all U.S., Canadian and international copyright and/or intellectual property laws. You will indemnify BabySmilesLabels for any violations related to the photos submitted to the contest.

BabySmilesLabels will randomly select a winner on the last day of each month and the winning photo will be placed on the BabySmilesLabels Facebook wall. The winner should contact BabySmilesLabels within 2 weeks (from the winner announcement date) to obtain a FREE $20 Gift Certificate at our Website. The $20 Gift Certificate can be used to exchange any products on our Website.

By submitting an entry to the contest, you are deemed to have reviewed, read and agreed to BabySmilesLabels Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Contest Rules below:
